For me

Prof. Joakim Kalamaris is an economist, university lecturer, political and economic analyst, public speaker, entrepreneur, diplomat, and expert in the field of real estate asset management and maintenance and unique concepts and projects. He is also a philanthropist, recognizable for his donations to underprivileged children, S.O.S. Children's Villages and pediatric clinics. In 2011, he founded AXION GROUP - the holding structure is the first and only company in the market to provide both RealEstate project development, construction, and a full range of property management and maintenance services.

He was named Manager of the Year in 2004. In August 2017, he was nominated for the prestigious International Socrates Award - UK. In August 2021, he was selected by the Bulgarian edition of Forbes magazine as a Corporate Factor in Business Excellence. He is the author of eight books in Bulgarian.
